Arrow’s Point is a truly unique peninsula property on Lake Chickamauga, north of Chattanooga, Tennessee. An old, small house was removed to maximize the available buildable land, which is very limited due to the floodway, setbacks, and septic field requirements. Like a promontory, the land forms a point at the end which separates the main lake channel from a narrow, calm inlet. The residence is designed to slowly reveal the magnificent lake views as one proceeds through the home.
